Dancer's Groundwork
Building on our Dancer's Ground Program, we refined the journey so you can choose to focus on ballet or contemporary. Choose between:

Beginner Ballet Repertoire (10am - 11.30am)

Intermediate-Advanced Contemporary Program (1.30pm - 3pm)
These classes are syllabus-based, with exam or showcase preparation integrated for those interested.

Foundation in Ballet
A 10-weeks carefully structured course created to establish the essential principles of classical ballet. With a focus on alignment, placement, coordination, strength, and musicality, this program offers a clear and supportive pathway into ballet training. Ideal for beginners or returning dancers, it nurtures both technical understanding and embodied awareness, creating a strong base for growth with grace and confidence.
We're currently running Part 2 and Part 4 of the program. Slots are FULL for both. Stay tuned to our socials for the next intake!
Class time: Mondays 8pm - 9.30pm (Part 2) | Saturdays 10am - 11.30am (Part 4)

Foundation in Contemporary Dance
Discover the freedom, flow, and expression of contemporary dance in this 10-week foundation programme. Designed for beginners, the course introduces essential contemporary techniques, including floorwork, weight transfer, coordination, musicality, and dynamic movement quality.
Through guided exercises, creative exploration, and choreography, you’ll build strength, body awareness, and confidence while developing a deeper understanding of how to move with intention and individuality.
No prior contemporary dance experience required — just curiosity and a willingness to move.
