Gyrokinesis
Gyrokinesis is a movement method that combines elements of yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming, and tai chi. It focuses on fluid, spiraling, and circular movements performed with rhythmic breathing and mental focus. The goal is to promote spinal mobility, flexibility, strength, and overall body awareness.

Developed by Juliu Horvath, a former ballet dancer, to help himself heal from injuries, regain his agility and strength. Gyrokinesis is usually done on a stool or mat, without any equipment. It’s often practiced by dancers, athletes, and people recovering from injuries—but it's suitable for all fitness levels. Think of it as a more dynamic, flowing alternative to yoga or Pilates.
