Contemporary

Dance

In contemporary, we find freedom.

A dance form where the body becomes the primary instrument of expression — where we learn to reach deep into our emotions, to express, and to release. In this space, the diversity and capabilities of every body are celebrated, allowing us to find acceptance within ourselves.

No judgment. Just you and the music.
Some might even say: dance is a form of therapy.
Perhaps, the only way to know — is to try.

Steve Goh

A little back-story

We got acquainted with Steve through Aleks, who was previously coached under him for a competition and spoke highly of his teaching style and artistry.

Fast forward a couple of months, we managed to get teacher on board! It started with a couple of community classes, and now teacher is teaching both contemporary and ballet classes, running The Dancer's Ground Program (more details below).

More of what teacher has to say

“Dance is the essence of my being-a universal language that transcends boundaries and connects us all."
